What we offer
Post-surgery monitoring.
After discharge, our nurses come home to check wounds, change dressings, give injections, and watch for any warning signs. This is especially useful in the first week after major surgery.
Home nursing.
Trained nurses for the elderly, for post-stroke care, and for any patient who needs help with daily medical tasks. Available by the hour, half day, full day, or overnight.
IV therapy at home.
IV antibiotics, IV fluids, and IV iron given safely at home by trained staff. Saves repeated hospital visits and is often the right choice for elderly patients.
Wound care and dressings.
For surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and chronic wounds. Regular dressings done at home by experienced nurses.
Home physiotherapy.
Post-surgery rehab, stroke recovery, and mobility training done in your home. Often the right choice when travel is difficult.
Catheter care.
Urinary catheter changes, care for feeding tubes, and tracheostomy care at home.
Lab sample collection at home.
Blood draws, urine collection, and other samples taken at home, with reports sent by email or WhatsApp.
ECG and X-ray at home.
Portable diagnostic services for patients who cannot travel.
Doctor home visits.
A senior physician visits at home for housebound patients. Available in select areas of West Delhi.

Areas we serve
Across Delhi and the NCR, with the strongest coverage in West Delhi (Uttam Nagar, Dwarka, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Nawada, Najafgarh, Mohan Garden), South West Delhi, and parts of Gurugram and Noida. Call us with your address; we will confirm coverage before you commit.
Cost and insurance
Home care services are charged per visit or as a package. Many insurance policies now cover post-hospitalisation home care for a limited period; check your policy or ask us to check for you.
Frequently asked questions
For PGH discharge patients, we can usually start home visits the same day or the day after discharge. For new requests from outside the hospital, we typically arrange a visit within 24 hours. Urgent cases are handled faster.
Yes. All our home care nurses are registered, with hospital training and experience in surgical, medical, or critical care. Specialised tasks like IV therapy or wound care are done by nurses trained specifically for those.
Increasingly, yes. Most modern health insurance policies include some home care cover after hospital discharge, usually for 30 days. Older policies may not. Send us your policy details and we will check what you can claim.
Yes, when done correctly. Home care often works better than hospital care for stable elderly patients because they sleep better, eat better, and avoid hospital-acquired infections. We always coordinate with the patient's doctor so the plan is appropriate.
We try to arrange continuity. For packages of multiple visits, we assign one or two nurses to the case so the family does not deal with new faces every day.
It depends on what is needed. A single nursing visit for a dressing change costs less than an overnight nurse. We share a clear written estimate before starting and you only pay for the visits we make. Ask us for current rates.
Yes, for post-discharge care from our paediatric or neonatal units, and for select medical needs at home. Paediatric home care is handled by nurses trained specifically for children.
