What our international patient desk does for you
Before you arrive.
We send your medical visa invitation letter, share an honest cost estimate based on your reports, recommend hotels near the hospital, and connect you with an interpreter if needed.
The day you land.
Airport pickup is arranged. A coordinator meets you at the terminal and takes you to your hotel or directly to the hospital.
During treatment.
A single point of contact stays with you. Interpreter support in Bengali, Arabic, French, Russian, and other languages on request. Daily updates to your family back home.
Going home.
Discharge summary in English, a digital copy of all reports, prescriptions translated where needed, and a follow-up teleconsultation included.

Hindi, English, Punjabi across all departments. The international patient desk arranges interpreters in Bengali, Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, and Pashto on request. Tell us your language before you arrive and we book the interpreter ahead.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Most international patients travel on a medical visa (M visa). We send you an official invitation letter from the hospital that you submit with your visa application. The letter usually arrives within two working days of you sending us your reports.
We send a written cost estimate within 24 hours of receiving your medical reports. The estimate covers the treatment, hospital stay, doctor fees, and standard medication. Anything not included is listed clearly.
Yes, if you book the airport pickup with us. A coordinator meets you at the terminal exit with a signboard with your name and takes you to your hotel or to the hospital, whichever you prefer.
We work with several hotels and serviced apartments within a 10-minute drive of PGH. The international patient desk shares options based on your budget. Some patients prefer to stay in central Delhi and commute, which is also fine.
Yes. Attendants of medical visa holders are eligible for medical attendant visas (MX visa). We send a separate letter for them when you ask. There is no limit on how many days they can stay alongside you.
Yes. We arrange interpreters in Bengali, Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, and other languages on request. Confirm your language preference at the time of booking so the interpreter is ready when you arrive.
Yes. The discharge summary, all test reports, and prescriptions are issued in English. We can also email digital copies before you fly home so your doctor at home has them in advance.
A first follow-up teleconsultation within 30 days of discharge is included. After that, follow-up teleconsults are charged at a flat rate. The international patient desk stays your contact for any questions.
